These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and apkzee ("apkzee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the apkzee website located at apkzee.org and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot games, and PKR wallet services.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on apkzee. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkzee account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. apkzee will never ask you to share your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must notify apkzee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
apkzee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
apkzee operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to complete additional verification at any time at apkzee's discretion.

Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by apkzee may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawal rights, or account closure. apkzee is not liable for any delays in withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC requirements promptly.
apkzee accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits are credited to your apkzee PKR wallet in real time or within the processing timeframe of the respective payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed within your apkzee account dashboard at the time of deposit. apkzee reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances from their apkzee PKR wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied.
apkzee targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) hours for standard requests where KYC verification is complete and no additional review is required. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays in Pakistan, or where additional due diligence is required.
apkzee may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms displayed alongside the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
apkzee employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, apkzee reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.
All casino games and sports betting markets offered on apkzee use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live streaming from certified studio facilities. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, apkzee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. apkzee is not liable for any losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
All sports bets, including PSL cricket markets, are subject to the specific sporting event rules displayed on the relevant betting market. apkzee reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, obvious pricing errors, or events determined to be the subject of irregular betting patterns. Bets cannot be cancelled by the Player after confirmation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apkzee platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

All content on the apkzee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface designs, audio, video, and databases — is the exclusive property of apkzee or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the apkzee platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the apkzee platform without the prior written consent of apkzee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkzee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the apkzee platform or any service thereon.
apkzee's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude apkzee's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by apkzee's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by apkzee; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
apkzee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the apkzee platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
apkzee will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.
apkzee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, apkzee will provide notice via a prominent banner on the platform homepage or via email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the apkzee platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using all apkzee services before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under apkzee's international gaming licence and the regulatory framework of the jurisdiction in which apkzee is licensed.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact apkzee's support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. apkzee commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by apkzee's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.
